We would like to ask for your help by completing a short questionnaire. The survey is aiming at getting the views of frontline health and social care voluntary groups.
The Healthier Structures project funded by Capacity Builders is looking at the way the voluntary sector communicates with the health and social care agencies.
The project will last for one year and will, after collecting views from a wide range of voluntary and statutory organisations, be preparing a report setting out the options for improving partnership working with the statutory sector. This report will be considered by the Derbyshire infrastructure organisations and the statutory funders, in the expectation that the recommendations will be implemented. The last stage of the project is building on the report and its outcomes to develop the new systems that are agreed.
The Healthier Structures development worker is currently travelling around the county seeking a sample of views from health and social care related voluntary groups on what is needed and as part of this process we would like to invite you to take part in this survey.
